HR & Admin Manager - Management of Food Service

HR & Admin Manager
Salary Range: 6,000 - 8,000
Job Location:
Taman Midah, Cheras,
Objectives of this Role
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR government requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- To review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- To process the monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory payment.
- To produce the reports as instructed by the management on monthly basis.
- To manage a performance appraisal system and ensure consistency in the implementation of appraisal system.
- To administer compensation and benefit program align with the policies and objectives of the management.
- To keep abreast with the HR practices and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements at all the time.
- To proceed integration of the HQ functions among the Zensho group companies in Malaysia
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Commerce / Business Studies / Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant working experience in the similar capacity.
- 5 years experiences in management level
- Team player and computer literate, Qiuick Pay (HR2000), EMPLEX HR
- Able to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
- Well verse with the current practices of Human Resource and statutory compliance.
