Objectives of this Role

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR government requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • To review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • To process the monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory payment.
  • To produce the reports as instructed by the management on monthly basis.
  • To manage a performance appraisal system and ensure consistency in the implementation of appraisal system.
  • To administer compensation and benefit program align with the policies and objectives of the management.
  • To keep abreast with the HR practices and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements at all the time.
  • To proceed integration of the HQ functions among the Zensho group companies in Malaysia

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Commerce / Business Studies / Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
  • 10 years of relevant working experience in the similar capacity.
  • 5 years experiences in management level
  • Team player and computer literate, Qiuick Pay (HR2000), EMPLEX HR
  • Able to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
  • Well verse with the current practices of Human Resource and statutory compliance.
