- Professionally handle inbound calls in high volumes regarding customer inquiries, complaint, feedbacks related to the company products.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, concerns and demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with customer.
- To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills

- Good Communication in English and Mandarin.
