The Pinnacle Sunway, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours/Days:
Earliest shift starts at 8 AM, last ends at 12 AM (_
9 hours in a day_) / 5 days and 2 days off a week including weekends and Public Holidays

Monthly Salary:

  • Basic: RM 2,500 to RM 3,400 (based on academic qualification and call centre inbound experience)
  • Shift Allowance: RM 5/day (Morning), RM 15/day (Afternoon)
  • Language Allowance: RM 350 (for Mandarin speaker only)
  • Overtime (as and when required)

Scope of Work:

  • Professionally and accurately handling customers' Postpaid related inquiries, requests, and complaints. (_
    product and system knowledge training will be provided_)
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of the company's products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of contact center experience, handling inbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Able to start on 6th May 2024 and possess own transport.
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid19.
