Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Officer to contribute to generating better services to the organization
company.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective Officer must be an excellent team player
communicator and have superior people skills.

  • They must be comfortable presenting
services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:

  • To promote services to prospective customers.
  • Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns
  • To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales
  • Experience in doing outbound calls.
  • Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entrylevel based on your previous experience)
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
  • Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
  • Willing to work under pressure, long work hours some time.
  • Open for Malaysian only

Additional Info:

  • Working Location: Subang Jaya


Working Hours: Monday
  • Friday (9.30 am6.30 pm)
  • Alternate Saturdays 2 Saturdays off in a month ( working hours is from 9.30am 6.30pm)

Salary:

RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
