*Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

*Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

*Familiar with administrative operation and be able to take minutes of meetings.

*Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients.

*Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed.

*Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

*To perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.

*Ensure stock is allocated and issued to respective ticket request.

*Arrange all goods in an orderly manner in the store and ensure the stock is kept in an organized manner.

*Ensure its accuracy against system's records to minimize stock variances.

*Prevent any pilferage and loss of stock.

*Provide periodical stock status and clear redundant stock.

*Provide stock status to engineering department for spare parts return.

Job Types:

RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
