- Own, monitor and drive customer's service agreements to meet and exceed
- Be accountable for the smooth daily operations and updated selling prices associated
- Be the 'change agent' who drives margin improvement projects and commercial
- Monitor programs, analyse data and trends, hold regular service performance and
- Identify and secure new opportunities within your customer accounts.
- Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved and
- Ensure compliance with Vallen's sales policies and procedures.
- Create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration, both
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
- Proven track record of key account management, providing outstanding supply chain
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to influence across teams, creating effective internal business partnerships
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
- Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital
