Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment, including onboarding processes.
  • Address conflicts, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and proposing policy updates when necessary.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, relations and satisfaction, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct orientation, training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Draft necessary documents, maintain records, and ensure accurate personnel file management.
  • Assists with planning and execution of activities during Team Bonding Day.
  • Other admin and ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, team management, problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Able to speak and read Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarinspeaking associates)

Salary commensurate based on experience
