Responsibilities:
- Managing and implementing customer care strategies, including handling customer inquiries & investigations, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Escalating unresolved or complex customer issues to higherlevel support or management as necessary.
- Creating and maintaining SOPs for marketing processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency in marketing operations.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, such as sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a personalized and consistent customer experience.
