**要求:**
- 必須擁有至少 2 年私人助理或秘書職位的工作經驗。最好有在主任辦公室處理各種任務的豐富經驗。
- 至少擁有商業研究文憑或更高學歷或認證將被視為一種優勢。
- 強大的組織能力、對細節的關注和極高的準確性,特別是對截止日期的關注
- 優秀的寫作、校對和編輯能力
- 能夠對公司資料和資訊保密
- 精通 MS Office 套件和 Outlook
- 高度組織化的工作方式和出色的人際交往能力
- 充滿活力的個性和積極進取的態度
- 非凡的多工處理能力與組織規劃能力
- 高度負責,具有優秀的職業道德和高度的誠信
- 優先考慮具有主動性和適應性的個性
