Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network-related hardware and software. Configure and troubleshoot network protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and STP. Perform network maintenance and upgrade tasks including backups, patch management, and software updates. Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement solutions to resolve them. Monitor and analyze network performance and implement solutions to optimize network performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to integrate network infrastructure with other systems. Ensure network security policies and procedures are implemented and maintained to protect the organization from security threats. Provide end-user support for network-related issues and participate in on-call rotation. Create and maintain network documentation including diagrams, policies, and procedures. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in network engineering and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures. Develop network architecture and design documents, including network topology diagrams, network security diagrams, and network configurations.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in network engineering or related field. in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching protocols. Experience with network security principles including firewalls, VPN, and intrusion prevention. Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRIG. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other IT staff and departments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP-ENT are preferred. Knowledge of cloud-based networking and virtualization technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
