Job Overview:


As a Business Development and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and increase brand visibility through strategic business development initiatives and effective marketing campaigns.

You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities, market trends, and target clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create business proposals and presentations.

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively participate in negotiations, contract development, and closing deals.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as needed.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Brand Management

  • Enhance brand awareness and perception through consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and manage online and offline brand presence.

Market Research

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.
