Job Overview:
As a Business Development and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and increase brand visibility through strategic business development initiatives and effective marketing campaigns.
You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and research potential business opportunities, market trends, and target clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create business proposals and presentations.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Actively participate in negotiations, contract development, and closing deals.
- Continuously monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral.
Brand Management
- Enhance brand awareness and perception through consistent messaging and positioning.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage online and offline brand presence.
Market Research
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.
