Why does this job exist and why is it critical?- Develop regional leads / retail specialist oversee and deliver sales focus segment (SME, Fibre, Corporate, Government).- Conceptualize, plan and execute Retail Enterprise projects for Maxis retail.- Develop/Implement sales tools for tracking, review and reporting of performance of team/market in delivering Enterprise KPIs and targets.- Share relevant data, information and presentations with internal / external stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and feedback.- Ensuring all system & operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.- Responsible for the overall execution and outcome of tactical programs including overall integrity and coherence of programs.- Define programs requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.- Manage, coordinate and track program effectiveness.- Implement sales tracking, review and reporting of performance of Maxis retail team in delivering Enterprise KPIs and targets.- Monitor daily sales trend and dashboard with analysis on what's next.- Ensure headcounts on ground are sufficient and productive for daily operation.- Work with cross-functional teams in planning and execution of tasks/programs.

Work closely with GTM on go to market readiness and LDU for training request on solutioning, soft skills, tele-sales or any skills related matter.
