What you'll be accountable for?
Activate channels across division to enable toplines sales. Continuous planning and agile adaptation of customer journey with constant ranging of new products. Manage sales campaigns and programs as well as enabling frontline tools with consistent feedback from frontlines engagements with customers
- Drive topline sales numbers across all channels within the division
- Manage and develop Customer Journey through continuous planning and adapting of journey in tandem with the continuous ranged products
- Develop and conduct sales campaign and programs
- Across channels (Ensuring channel harmony)
Frontline tools
- Sales pitch, catalogues, POSM etc
- Obtain consistent ground feedback
- Products, pricing, payment methods etc
- Minimum 7 years experiences in as channel activation or trade marketing.
- Experiences in Telco, IT or Electrical retailing
- Good Interpersonal and analytic skills
- Excellent communication, problem solver, innovative and results oriented
