  • Job description:
  • Designing, documenting, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing effective & efficient business processes that best meets the need of company stakeholders.
  • Facilitating outcomes that will result in best practice service levels to clients through our FMS platform CW
  • Pursuing efficiency gains, increased profitability and/or the reduction of operational costs to serve.
  • Driving standardization of global processes and monitoring the same across GF network to support stakeholders in aligning countries to those corporate standards.
  • Assist Operational Excellence Leads, regional BPOs and operational Subject Matter Experts with the optimization of global processes.
  • Identify and validate of process variations within the business. Publish and communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders within Toll.

Qualifications:

  • CargoWise Certified Professional
  • Knowledge of process design (BPM, BPR) of advantage
  • Minimum 2 years Freight Forwarding experience in an operational role.
  • Sound knowledge of GF endtoend processes of advantage.
  • Good command in English (written and spoken)
