**Job Description**:

- Implementing effective, efficient business process and solutions that best meets the need of Company stakeholders.
- Facilitating outcomes that will result in best practice service levels to clients through our TMS platform CW1.
- Pursuing efficient gains, increased profitability and/or the reduction of operational costs through automation.
- Monitoring, reviewing & supporting compliance, risk management and operational activities to support business in upholding proper corporate governance and compliance of the Company through CW1.
- Eliminating any risk by improving on current levels of pain-points or non-compliance in CW1
- Continuous Improvement (CI) of processes and all changes are implemented in an effective manner (CW1 focus) that engages regions and countries and garners their readiness and willingness to adjust to change.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years industry (freight forwarding) knowledge preferred
- Excellent knowledge of CW1 (especially in workflow, macro area)
- Computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, understand and present technical publications and materials
- SQL, Excel Macro/coding skills are big plus
