  • Manage vendor relationships, contract and performance.
  • Provide datadriven analysis on sourcing and supply.
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, tracking budgets and cost saving measures.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of purchase order, received stock and invoices.
  • Maintain filling of all purchase documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and place order needs.
  • Physical stock taken quarterly (stock take).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyzing market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and sourcing food supplies.
  • Familiar and communicate in English with all suppliers:
  • Alibaba
- ⁠Taoboa

  • Managing the "Store Hub BackOffice" and POS System regarding pictures, menus and prices.
  • Discuss matters related to suppliers through Zoom meetings, especially for new products.
  • Managing the process of printing shirts, banting, posters, menus until completion.
  • Liaising with the contractors involved for the maintenance of the cafe's electricity & plumbing system.
  • Any adhoc task assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma /Degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Available to come to the office & cafe if needed.
