Manage the purchasing and receiving activities for Japanese Restaurant outlets, as well as the data entry associated with administrative duties.

**Procurement**:

- Prepare purchasing plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the restaurant outlets.
- Prepare Purchase Order accordingly and monitor the delivery status.
- Ensure the products received (delivery order and invoice) correspond to the Purchase Order.
- Compile and record all the PO, DO, Invoices and other related documents.
- Maintain pricing records and prepare inventory list for monthly inventory checks by the restaurant outlets.
- Basic sourcing when needed.

**Administration**:

- Responding to phone calls inquiries and doorbells.
- Organize and file daily, weekly and monthly documents.
- Entry of daily, weekly and monthly data.
- Check and order for office supplies.
- Perform clerical duties as requested.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office.

**Requirements**:

- School, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Purchasing or any related field.
- **Fresh graduates **are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in procurement or Admin role (additional advantage with experience within **F&B industry**).
- Excellent typing abilities.
- Additional advantage with experience in inventory management.
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the company.
- Positive attitude and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
