As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company's contractual agreements.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts, agreements, and proposals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand contract requirements and terms.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage contract modifications, extensions, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and address issues as they arise.
- Provide guidance on contractual matters to internal teams.
- Assist with contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant industry laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology (International Exposure an advantage).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in contract management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills.
