Job Responsibilities

  • **Provide administrative support** (filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • **Coordinate with project managers and contractors** to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • **Manage project documentation**, such as contracts, invoices, and permits.
  • **Conduct research and analysis** to identify potential project risks and create risk management plans.
  • **Coordinate project meetings** and maintain communication with team members.
  • **Ensure compliance** with safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • **Review and analyze project data** to spot trends and areas for enhancement.
  • **Offer technical support and advice** to project teams when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
