About the Role


The Specialist HR Services will play a pivotal role and will be a control point in ensuring correct master data, terms and conditions and changes are being made in our people systems.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Interpretation of Line Leader requests and translating into correct EC (Employee Central) submissions in a responsive and accurate manner
  • Engaging directly and effectively with Line Leaders on their requests
  • Approach Line Leader requests with an urgency and problemsolving mindset for endtoend resolution
  • Technical understanding of Terms and Conditions, HR frameworks, master data rules to ensure correct input including a sound understanding of local Asset or Functional context
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement and growth mindset when approaching all aspects of the role and processes executed

About You

  • Extensive years of demonstrated experience in HR Operations processes.
  • Familiarity and knowledge in navigating and utilizing HR tools like SAP, Employee Central, and case management systems.
  • Good stakeholder engagement, problemsolving, and organizational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource or any related discipline
  • Good command in English, written and verbal.
