  • About the Role
  • You will be responsible to support International Assignee, Executive Leadership Team and Non-Executive Director process standardization, project initiative as well as day to day activities in IA Payroll team to ensure we deliver excellent performance, working across HR to implement effective end to end HR solutions and continue the improvement of employee experience
  • Performance:
  • Deliver excellent customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting performance targets, benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Defines and develops valueadd standardization and continuous improvement opportunities within IA payroll team, collaborating with the team members and Team Leaders to implement effectively.
  • Participates in HR wide endto end process standardization and continuous improvement projects in scope of International Assignee process.
  • Leading and driving the implementation of project initiative and engage with relevant stakeholder for the project initiative.
  • Identifies, implements and evaluates the success of continuous improvement activities/initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the systems and processes.
  • Lead and support annual activities i.e., Annual Reward update for International Assignees and Year End activities.
  • Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed including global systems or incident management support.
  • Raise or initiate change request and support on the testing for IA and NED related process as well as involve in change impact assessment to identify any potential risk and impact on the process changes.
  • Engagement:
  • Interact and maintain good relationship with HR Global Mobility, tax provider and other HR team to address gaps and improvement initiative.
  • Engage with various key stakeholders including Service Partnership to address issue or enquires by effectively troubleshoot, analyze and resolve routine, difficult/complex or nonstandard issues.

  • Risk Management:
  • Perform governance checking and pay review for IA process.
  • Facilitates and ensures quality of Practical Problem-Solving activities and tracks implementation of actions working with team members and Team Leaders or Service Partnership to embedded findings and develop capability as required.
  • Reviews Rework trends and initiates specific improvement actions to reduce repeat reworks and address inefficiency in processes.
  • Work with Team Leads to delivers training within IA payroll team to ensure that there is sufficient capability embedded for new or revised processes.
  • Coaches team in technical proficiency with IA Payroll Team
  • Ensure process document is updated, provides governance and assurance role on process documentation ensuring that HR operating model is adhered.
  • Identify potential risk in the process to support productive performance outcome.


About You
  • Distinctive proficiency in the payroll and statutory requirements for multiple countries (end to end processes)
  • Deep experience in SAP and SuccessFactors (or other similar HR systems) system design and behaviour
  • Good understanding of international HR and payroll processes, reporting and data management
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to navigate complex issues and develop simplified processes to manage the complexity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Strong operational knowledge of many assets/processes able to translate this knowledge and identify areas to improve operational performance
