Analyze market research and create data reports to recommend changes to the Board of Directors.

  • Travel weekly to maintain business relationships, conduct surveys, and attend events.
  • Implement and guide teams in Malaysia and Cambodia, and coordinate with department heads for project execution.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management, and provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate with producers and international vendors to ensure quality production and negotiate business investments.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Fresh Grad is welcome to apply
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant added advantages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willing to travel oversea
