Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with
the division's objectives and business goals. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process

improvements, and supplier relationship management.

  • Vendor Selection and Management: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts,
and establish long-term relationships with strategic suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and

ensure compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

  • Cost Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation, supplier
consolidation, and value engineering. Monitor market trends, analyze pricing models, and

implement cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining quality standards.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and
conditions, including service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure contracts are properly reviewed and

approved by contract management team and legal.

  • Supplier Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess
supplier performance. Conduct regular supplier evaluations, review service level agreements, and

provide feedback to suppliers for continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including technology
teams, procurement teams, finance, legal, and compliance, to understand their sourcing needs and

align strategies. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on sourcing best practices and

market trends.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements,
and market dynamics related to sourcing in the technology and network domain. Conduct market

research and analysis to identify emerging suppliers, innovative solutions, and potential cost saving opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a highperforming sourcing team. Set clear objectives,
provide coaching and mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure the team

has the necessary skills and resources to meet sourcing goals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting / Engineering / Finance/ Computer Science / Business
  • 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management is essential.
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the technology and network industry. Familiarity with
emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead,
motivate, and develop a team.

  • Extensive experience in contract negotiation, including complex technology and networkrelated
agreements. Solid understanding of legal and commercial terms, ability to draft and review

contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze supplier costs, pricing models, and evaluate
total cost of ownership.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal
stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Experience in understanding and aligning

sourcing strategies with business needs and engaging stakeholders to achieve buy-in.

  • A mindset of continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and
emerging technologies.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop longterm sourcing strategies aligned with the division's
goals and objectives.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve high performance. Should be able to create
a positive work environment, foster collaboration, and develop team members' skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with
stakeholders at all levels. Able to clearly articulate sourcing strategies, goals, and progress to

stakeholders and team members.

  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial
relationships with suppliers. Able to create and maintain a favorable position in negotiations while

ensuring the best value for the organization.

  • Ability to analyze data and financial information to inform sourcing decisions and evaluate supplier
performance. Strong understanding of financial concepts, such as total cost of ownership, to

effectively manage sourcing budgets.

  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and monitor
progress. Must have experience in using project management tools and methodologies to

effectively manage projects.

  • Strong problemsolving skills to identify sourcingrelated issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including technology teams,
procurement teams, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure sourcing strategies align with
