JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Call and Update Status to customer
  • Handling Walk in and Customer inquiry
  • Update data into system.
  • Handling Customer Feedback
  • Prepare necessary report to manager.
  • Any adhoc task given.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Good communication skill and reporting skill

  • Detailoriented with good analytical skills, integrity and high degree of commitment.

Good communication with both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Fresh grad are encouraged to apply.
  • Multitasking and good time management skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work in Puchong.
