Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, employment permit, payroll, training and day to day HR operations.
- Applications and renewals of work permit, transportation and hostel arrangement for foreign workers.
- Liaise with local authorities and government departments.
- Monthly payroll processing, benefit claims, monitor leaves, attendance record.
- Conduct new hire orientation, coordinate trainings and company events.
- Involve in IR/ER, domestic enquiries as when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist function.
- Priority is given to those can commence work immediately.
- Knowledge in Employment Law.
- Good team player and able to adapt in a fast pace environment.
- Willing to work at Bayan Lepas & Prai.
