Payroll Executive

- Make an effort to know each employee well, have a good understanding of each job position that exists in the Company.
- Be able to initiate employee engagement sessions and communications.
- Work well with all employees of different job grades and be a exemplary representation of HR.
- Have a complete understanding of all HR operational functions.
- Up to date knowledge of the Employment Laws of Malaysia
- Liaison with local authorities for updates, compliance and regulatory issues.
- To tactfully resolve employee conflicts, enquiries, issues pertaining to disciplinary matters.
- To be always watchful and be quick to notice difficult circumstances and problem areas that need to be highlighted and addressed.
- Provide advice on employee benefits, policies & procedures of the Company.
- Answer employee queries about HRrelated issues.
- Work closely with the Management on manpower planning, career succession planning and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee and facilitate training and development programs.
- Payroll processing.
- Conducting and analysing Exit Interviews.
- Prepare necessary HR Reports to Management.
- Supervise a team of HR & Admin colleagues.
- Minimum 4 years hands on working experience in a HR senior executive capacity, preferably with manufacturing industry HR related experience.
- Familiar in HR software & systems (like BOSSnet).
- Possess analytical, problemsolving skills and attention to details.
- Able to work independently but at the same time a good team player.
- Values confidentiality and displays a positive attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written of English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership skills with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn for selfimprovement and able to take constructive criticisms well.
- Computer literate.
- Has own transport.
- Proficient in Malaysian Employment Act
- At least 5 years of practical experience in payroll processing, preferably with experience in manufacturing human resources.
- Additional points for other human resources practical experience, ability to analyze and solve problems and attention to details
- Good oral and written skills in English, Malay and local dialects.
- Good stability, high sense of responsibility and work cooperation

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
