Admin Support Officer

Job Scope:

  • Perform full admin support to the team and department, such as preparing documents for customers and tour leader
  • General administrative duties, such as data entry, clerical work and filing duties etc
  • Assist in arranging manpower for both office and external fairs
  • Liaise with Finance team for all accounting related matters
  • Assist with planning tour briefings and notifying customers, preparation of travel fair logistics
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of working experience
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese associates
  • Able to adapt in a fastpaced and dynamic working environment
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • May required to work on weekends during peak season and travel fairs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Words and Excel

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
