  • Handle phone calls and attend walkin guests.
  • Administrative support to audit team.
  • Maintenance and filling of documents.
  • Manage office admin matters.
  • Other duties or tasks as required.

Requirement

  • Relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess initiative, ability to work independently, multitasking and committed
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of English and Mandarin language
