Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for administrative works, document systemization and upkeep.
  • Maintain reports files and records.
  • To assist the Tenant Management team as and when it deems necessary.
  • To perform any ad hoc task from the superior from time to time.
  • To perform any data entry.
  • To assist in preparing report.
  • As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Min 1 year of working experience
  • Proactive, Independent, team player, organized, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline in multitasking environment.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fastpaced and energizing environment while consistently producing collateral and support material of exceptional quality with mínimal supervision.
  • Creative, resourceful, and commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

  • At least SPM/STPM OR Diploma Holder
  • Relevant training or courses that related to administrative course, ie office management, etc
  • Possess at least 1 or 2 years' experience in administrative work
