Responsibilities:

  • Presents new products and services.
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response.
  • Responsible for creating customer interest to convert to a sale.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and educate the customer.
  • Resolve customer issues via onecall resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
  • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required.

; Requirements:

  • At least 7 months BPO experience.
  • Must have a minimum of B1/B2 proficiency in English.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM/95% accuracy.
  • Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Work from office.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work nightshift (8pm4am), rotational days 5 days a week
