We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to join our team.

As an Assistant Admin (Foreign Worker), you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our organization, with a specific focus on assisting our foreign workers.

You will ensure smooth operations by handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, with a particular focus on assisting foreign workers.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and other relevant documents related to foreign workers.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations for foreign workers.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to foreign workers, such as work permits, employment passes, and visa renewals.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and foreign workers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing necessary support.
  • Assist in arranging accommodations, transportation, and other logístical requirements for foreign workers.
  • Support the HR department in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to supporting foreign workers.

Familiarity with immigration and labor regulations related to foreign workers is a strong asset

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Must have driver license and a car
