Payroll

  • Accurately process payroll for employees on a regular basis, ensuring timely and correct payments.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime accurately according to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay uptodate with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure payroll processes adhere to statutory requirements and internal controls.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.

Reimbursement / Claim

  • Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Process claims promptly and ensure timely reimbursement to employees.

Report

  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Payroll Accounting

  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions in the general ledger.

Job Types:

RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
