  • Precisely compute salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage payroll records and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of alterations in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure payroll procedures comply with statutory requirements and internal controls.
  • Support audits by providing essential documentation and assistance.

Expense Reimbursement

  • Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements following company protocols.
  • Verify claims for precision, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Timely process claims and ensure prompt reimbursement to employees.

Reporting_

  • Generate reports on payroll expenditures.
  • Prepare reports for senior management, the finance department, etc.

Payroll Accounting

  • Collaborate with the accounting department to guarantee accurate recording of payroll transactions in the general ledger.
