Basic data entry & records
:
- Issue invoices Delivery Orders (DO) and invoice.
Update accounting system:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Organize and file documents:
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating production planning activities
Handle additional miscellaneous tasks as required:
- Highly organized and methodical capable of working autonomously with mínimal oversight and exhibiting a strong sense of accountability.
Minimum of years of relevant experience in administrative customer service and accounting positions
:
- Immediate availability is preferred.
