Update accounting system:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls

Organize and file documents:

  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating production planning activities

Handle additional miscellaneous tasks as required:

  • Highly organized and methodical capable of working autonomously with mínimal oversight and exhibiting a strong sense of accountability.

Minimum of years of relevant experience in administrative customer service and accounting positions

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
