  • To manage Sub-Contract packages concurrently.
  • To lead the Contracts team to coordinate and liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • To oversee/advise on the cost comparison, negotiation and award subcontract packages.
  • To clarify all items for each subcontract packages.
  • To lead, source and procurement of all related items required by the site and coordinate with the procurement department / site team, etc. to issue PO / material deliveries / Invoices / delivery orders, etc.
  • To lead and oversee Sub-Contractor's monthly progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for the assigned project.
  • To plan and review commercial terms and conditions.
  • Provide internal training for the department.
  • Any other duty & responsibility, which the company may assign from time to time.

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 8 to 10 years experience in Construction industry.
  • Able work independently and guide the project team to achieve the target / goal.
  • Good negotiation skills, strong analytical skill, knowledgeable in technical / cost estimates and construction contracts.
  • Willing to relocate and outstation language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa
