Provide service advisory and explaining admission requirement and procedures to customers.

  • Liaising and coordinating with fellow colleagues on the service status of customers.
  • Handle feedback from customers with good closure.
  • Assist in the billing, collection of payment and handling of dayend settlement.
  • Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments.
  • Support daily centre operational administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM Level, Diploma, Degree of relevant field of study (Business).
  • Possess good communication and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PC literature with proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
