Job Description Job Descriptions**:

  • Build an understanding of the local submarket, assets, product and key stakeholders required for successful deal execution
  • Assist in sourcing for suitable commercial office locations for our clients and secure new landlord partners to expand the WORQ flexible office network.
  • To be a positive tenant representative and effectively align our value proposition between landlords and potential clients to achieve occupancy retention and growth.
  • Execute the leasing business plans and implement strategies to increase and maximize occupancy and revenue for the enterprise product.
  • Execute the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of clients, securing the tenancy, and finalizing the tenancy documents.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (Outlet Operations, Project, Marketing & Community, etc) to ensure a seamless sales, builtup, and onboarding process
  • Preparing tenancy management documentation and leasing reports as assigned.
  • Conduct market surveys to keep abreast of the latest trends and changes.
  • Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

Qualifications Job Requirements**:

  • Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business or an equivalent field of studies.
  • Min 3 years' experience working in real estate, office industry or retail leasing
  • Demonstrates indepth familiarity of office real estate market and commercial leases.
  • Demonstrates basic deal origination and closing experience.
  • Demonstrates consistent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.
