  • Welcome/Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person.
  • Manage on receiving and delivering all daily mails, couriers, parcels, etc
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the reception area and meeting rooms on a constant basis.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, meeting room bookings, ensure adequate office stationary/consumable supplies, and any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Take in charge of uniform arrangement and distribute to new joiners appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • Possess pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
  • Have to be friendly, cheerful and patient.
  • Able to show initiative and to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at Genting Highlands

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
