We are looking for guest service executive based at our hotel front desk in Genting Highland. Accommodation can be provided.

Job scope:

- Welcome guests upon check in and registration
- Responding to guest/tenant enquiries on chat and calls
- Assisting guests and troubleshooting the issues they face during their stay
- Update pricing of room rate daily
- Maintaining room listings, internal systems with up-to-date information
- Administration
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- Great communication, task organisation and problem solving skills
- Friendliness and patience with guests
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for tasks
- Quick response to mobile messages

Advantages:

- experience in hotel/customer service/sales/telemarketing/frontdesk/receptionist

Working hours
- by shift, rest day on weekday

Performance incentives available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
