Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Holder in Business or relevant scope.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face.
  • Strong command of the English Language, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent/moderate User for Microsoft Word and Excel,
  • Advantage if possess knowledge on using RM

Responsibility

  • Support customer's journey and work with internal teams for a solution or recommendation.
  • Manage In & Out-Bound calls.
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain customer file, (followup system) telephoning all customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the service they received.
  • Prepare letter of reply to customer if needed
  • Ensure all employees deliver a toptier customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns.
