Customer Relation Executive

Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
- Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
- Identify and research potential clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Customer Service/ Telecommunications industries
- Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work
- Computer Data Entry Knowledge
- Able to multi-task & willing to learn
- Able for Daily Task Complete
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Preferably)
