What will we be expecting you to do?

Training Delivery:

  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other educational content.
  • Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the specific requirements of clients.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to trainees, ensuring their understanding and successful completion of the programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments.

Client Engagement and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote PSV Academy's training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their training needs.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities such as webinars, seminars, and conferences to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

Administrative and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, client feedback, and business development progress.
  • Assist in the development of annual training and business development plans.

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • Proven experience in training delivery, preferably within a certification body or educational institution.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully engaging clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and update training materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Sound computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
  • Identify & propose changes/solutions to drive and increase targeted delivery.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
