JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PAYROLL
- Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
- Maintain/ update personal profile in the system and filling personal file.
- Entering employee data into computer database.
- Renewal of foreign worker's permit, insurance, & all matter related to foreign worker's employment
- Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Monitoring security guard clocking record, postage mail, courier services.
- Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases, PPE and stock control.
- Supporting HRrelated training programs, workshops and seminars.
- Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum SPM
- Knowledge in computer literate
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
