Reports To:

  • Commercial Revenue Manager Fireflyz.

Position Summary:

  • Deliver designated route revenue budget by overseeing and coordinating relevant and insightful pricing and revenue management strategies, policies, routines and actions in order to achieve revenue objectives on designated route which includes evaluation and analysis of demand and competitive positioning to implement optimal inventory settings on each flight departure with the right price.

Key Accountability:

  • Deliver Fireflyz's passenger revenue budget on designated route through implementation of successful pricing and demand strategies, settings, actions and routines and coordination of all revenuegeneration activities on designated routes with relevant Commercial and other stakeholders
  • Achieve all inecessary KPIs through effective management of critical inventory settings and pricing benchmark in accordance with market demand, inventory strategy and system recommendations
  • Develop new process and assists manager/assistant manager in automating reports to effectively manage inventory and further strengthen passenger revenue
  • Continuously analyse internal and external data and trends with consistent monitoring and use that information to liaise with Commercial stakeholders to ensure coordinated and targeted actions towards delivery of revenue objectives
  • Analyse historical performance and deliver proactive and reactive corrective actions needed to ensure revenue maximization in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with different units in revenue management and other relevant departments to implement strategies for the network

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Numerical discipline (e.g. Economics), Science & Information Technology, and/or business degree in any discipline
  • 02 years of experience

Area of Experience:

  • Experience in Airline Revenue Management, Inventory, Pricing or Commercial.

Personality Traits:

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret large and complex volumes of data to identify trends and solutions and formulate strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven problem solving, presentation and decisionmaking skills. Innovative solution finder
  • Excellent understanding of airline route performance, Revenue Management and Pricing science, methodologies, practices.
