Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
