Who are we? - Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.
- Our owned subsidiary Regulus Offshore, is looking to hire a Technical Executive for their team.
Responsibility:
- Support SCM on technical related requisition order from vessels on daily basis.
- As custodian for vessel plan maintenance system (PMS), lubrication oil and critical spare inventory.
- Monitoring of spare parts & stores request and inventory from vessels
- Monitoring and ensure Vessels Class and trading certificates are always valid.
- Planning in due time statutory and classification surveys to maintain the validity of statutory and classification certificates.
- Assist technical Supt/Manager prepare dry dock repair scope and budget for review and approval.
- Assist technical Supt/Manager in predrydock inspection and docking repair at shipyard.
- To attend vessel's inspection and offshore roving Inspection as per company yearly plan program.
- To attend vessel's repair at port, anchorage and shipyard
- Assist commercial in technical specification questionnaire filling.
- Administrative tasks such as proper documentation of PMS monthly report, dry dock report and maintenance record.
- Follow up with SCM on urgent order/requisition to ensure timely delivery.
Education/Experience:
- Min Advance Diploma in Marine or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written & verbal.
- Possess a positive attitude, confident & highly motivated
- Skills/Abilities: PC Literate: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft project & Auto CAD
Requirement:
- Able to travel at short notice
- Able to travel / work during weekend if required
- Able to go offshore for roving inspection
