Role Overview

As a Collaboration Lead in the marketing department, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to drive effective marketing initiatives.

This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and building strong relationships to enhance the overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a collaboration strategy within the marketing department and across other relevant business units.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure cohesive execution of crossfunctional projects.
  • Lead and oversee marketing projects that involve multiple teams or departments.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with external organizations, influencers, or industry leaders.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to expand reach and drive mutual benefits.
  • Implement effective internal communication strategies to keep team members informed about marketing initiatives, updates, and successes.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, content creators, and designers to align messaging and creative elements.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for collaborative marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on collaboration and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and projects.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align collaboration efforts with business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
