Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and execute engaging programs, events, and activities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication.
- Create and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Organize teambuilding activities and events to enhance collaboration and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
- Work closely with HR and leadership to develop and implement employee wellness programs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to employee engagement and present findings to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in employee engagement or related roles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Understanding of current trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
