Role Overview:

A Front Office Manager oversees the front office operations, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth functioning of the department.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierges.

Operations Management: Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.

Guest Relations: Handle escalated guest complaints and issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Financial Management: Prepare and manage the front office budget, monitor expenses, and handle billing inquiries.

Reporting: Maintain records of occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in front office operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and financial management.
