Responsibilities:

  • To handle payroll processes.
  • Manage and perform the HR functions within the Company. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Government labor legislation and regulations.
  • Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility program and activities.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Processing training requests plan, organize, support training events.
  • Implement and conduct the internal training program for existing staff (if necessary).
  • Plan and monitor financial budgets (grants & claims submission) for internal and external training programs.
  • Manage and maintain training records and posttraining evaluation.
  • Counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance.
  • Responsible in assisting in HR administration, procedures & policies.
  • Manage staff's movement such as Promotion, Salary Revision & Termination, etc.
  • Preparing and assists in Staff Performance Appraisal.
  • Responsible for Employee Relations and Support Services.
  • Organize travel arrangements and coordinate business trips as required.
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, government regulations and etc.
  • Knowledge in SMETA, ISO, Safety & Health or ESG related matters would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Independent, resourceful and possess high level of integrity.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:
